The Contractors Consultants LLC (“We” or “Us”) are excited to partner with you and provide recruitment and hiring services to support you as a contractor. Below are the key terms of our Outsourced Hiring engagement:
Services Provided
We simplify hiring in construction by matching you with the perfect fit, from tradespeople to executives, streamlining your process. Here is what we do to achieve that, although it varies from time to time:
- Create custom branded hiring imagery
- Build customized career pages and write job descriptions tailored to your needs.
- Manage job postings on various platforms for maximum exposure.
- Handle applicant intake, vetting, and provide feedback on rejected applicants.
- Communicate with applicants, including scheduling interviews and confirmations.
- Conduct initial phone interviews on your behalf.
- Schedule final interviews with qualified candidates.
- Send professional rejection letters and conduct rejection calls.
- Facilitate background checks (cost passed through).
- Ensure compliance with federal and state hiring regulations.
Client Expectations
To ensure we can work efficiently together, we ask the following from you:
- Respond to candidate endorsements within 48 hours.
- Disable any competing job postings during the engagement period.
- Refrain from working with other recruiters or services that directly overlap with what we provide.
What You Pay, When You Pay, and What You Get
Outsourced Hiring Subscription:
We manage up to three active roles simultaneously under our signature Outsourced Hiring Subscription—examples include roles like Laborer, Project Manager, and Office Assistant. You can swap out roles as needed by simply reaching out to your Hiring Success Manager.
- Initial Payment: Strong Foundation: $2,495 + Month 1 of Outsourced Hiring ($1,495), covering your initial asset setup, onboarding, rapid recruitment assessment, and your first month of active hiring.
- Monthly Payment: Starting 35 days after the initial payment, you’ll be billed $1,495 per month until your subscription is adjusted, paused, or canceled.
- Cancellation: To cancel or pause your subscription, please email us at least 14 days before your next billing date. This allows us time to properly close your hiring funnels, complete ongoing conversations with candidates, and ensure a professional transition without leaving anyone in the pipeline unaddressed.
Need More Than 3 Active Positions?
For companies needing support for more than three active positions, additional roles can be added at $495 per role per month. This covers the management of extra job postings, application reviews, phone interviews, and scheduling. For roles added mid-cycle, a prorated payment will apply for the remaining period. If you start with more than three positions, the extra fees will be included in both the initial and second payments.
Support for Multiple Locations
If you require hiring assistance for multiple locations, an additional fee of $250 per month per location applies. A “location” is any additional address where Outsourced Hiring services are needed. This ensures that each location receives dedicated attention, maintaining quality across all hiring processes. For locations added mid-cycle, a prorated payment will cover the remaining period. If you start with multiple locations, these fees will also be included in the initial and second payments.
Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 60-Day 100% Money Back Guarantee for your peace of mind:
- Performance Guarantee: If, within the first 60 days, we haven’t provided either (a) at least 3 candidates approved for interviews or (b) 1 candidate who is hired, then you may terminate the agreement and request a full refund by notifying us within 7 days after the 60-day period, and we will refund 100% of your payment on condition you have complied with the client expectations to our satisfaction.
- Early Termination: We reserve the right to terminate this contract within the 60 day period If for any reason and refund 100% of your payment.
“The First 60 days” means 60 days following the onboarding call.

The Contractor Consultants is here to help you find candidates but is not responsible for the actions, performance, or suitability of anyone you hire. We may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason, and if we do outside of The First 60 Days we will refund you a prorated portion of prepaid fees for unused services based on the date of termination. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claims, liabilities, or damages, including attorney fees, arising out of or related to your relationship with us including without limitation a) your use of our services or b) the actions of any candidates, unless the indemnity obligation arises from our gross negligence or violation of law. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and may not be modified or amended except through a written agreement signed by both parties. You agree not to make any false, misleading, or negative statements about us, our businesses, or this agreement, in any form of communication, we agree to reciprocate this with respect to you. This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of California, and any disputes will be handled in Los Angeles, California.
In no event will we be liable under this agreement for consequential, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or enhanced damages, lost profits or revenues or diminution in value, arising out of this agreement, regardless of (1) whether such damages were foreseeable, (2) whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages or (3) the legal or equitable theory upon which the claim is based. Our liability for any and all claims and damages is limited to the total fees paid to us by you in the 60 days before the claim is made.

Active Headhunter

We manage up to three high-priority roles simultaneously, such as Specialized Trades, Senior Project Managers, or Executive-level positions. You can adjust these roles anytime by reaching out to your Hiring Success Manager.
- Initial Payment: Strong Foundation: $2,495 + Month 1 of Active Headhunter Service ($2,495), covering the full setup of hiring assets, onboarding, rapid recruitment assessment, and the first month of active headhunting with targeted outreach and tailored candidate engagement.
- Monthly Payment: Starting 35 days after the initial payment, you’ll be billed $2,495 per month until the subscription is adjusted, paused, or canceled.
- Cancellation: To cancel or pause your subscription, please notify us at least 14 days before your next billing date. This allows us to responsibly wind down active headhunting efforts, complete candidate communications, and ensure a seamless transition for candidates in process.

Services Provided
We simplify hiring in construction by matching you with the perfect fit, from tradespeople to executives, streamlining your process. Here is what we do to achieve that, although it varies from time to time:
- Create custom branded hiring imagery
- Build customized career pages and write job descriptions tailored to your needs.
- Manage job postings on various platforms for maximum exposure.
- Handle applicant intake, initial screening, and provide feedback to key candidates.
- Send professional rejection letters and conduct rejection calls.
- Weekly report, highlighting key candidates who may be a good fit.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state hiring regulations.
The following services are available once your account is upgraded to Outsourced Hiring.
- Communicate with applicants, including scheduling interviews and confirmations.
- Conduct initial phone interviews on your behalf.
- Schedule final interviews with qualified candidates.

CYA Subscription:
The CYA Package is designed to keep your hiring funnels active and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Unlike our full Outsourced Hiring service, this package focuses on building and sustaining a "backbench" of pre-screened candidates, ensuring that you have a steady flow of potential hires in case of unexpected needs, such as employee turnover, injuries, or increased workload.
We’ll manage up to three roles as part of this ongoing pipeline development. Each week, we’ll provide a report highlighting qualified candidates we have screened who may be a good fit. If you wish to move any candidates forward for interviews, upgrading to the full Outsourced Hiring package is required to progress them through the entire hiring funnel.
- Initial Payment: Strong Foundation: $2,495 + Month 1 of CYA Service ($495), which covers the setup of your hiring assets, onboarding, initial recruitment assessment, and the first month of CYA support.

During this period, we’ll keep your hiring funnels open, maintain a backbench of qualified candidates, and build a robust pipeline to ensure you’re ready to act as hiring needs arise.
With CYA support, you’ll receive weekly reports highlighting potential candidates we have screened who may fit your needs. If you wish to move any candidates forward for interviews or active hiring, upgrading to the full Outsourced Hiring package is required.
